Hi, I'm Regina Byrne, Coach, Mentor and Trainer at Regina Byrne Coaching, supporting business owners and managers with developing Leadership and improving Communication

What does success mean to you, right now?

Knowing that I can contribute to people having better work experiences which has positive benefits for them, and positively impacts others in their work and life.

What do you love about what you do?

Seeing people under stress or confused or challenged start to realise that it doesn’t have to be that way, that they can take some control and most of all recognising that they are good enough and worth it.

What do you find most challenging?

Promotion and putting myself ‘out there’.

What's your biggest achievement(s) to date?

I used to work in Social Care and I developed and lead on introducing person centred working in services. It was a huge transformation process that changed everyone involved. It helped many people who had been labeled and institutionalised begin to live ordinary lives.  It was my biggest achievement and my biggest learning.

What are your hopes and dreams for future success and happiness?

I want to reach more people with the message first of all, that work doesn’t have to be awful, and that being intentional with our communication can be life-changing for ourselves and others around us.

My best piece of advice for others wanting to feel more successful...

To remember that it is a feeling and we can choose what we think about success and how we define it for ourselves.
