Tell us a little about who you are and what you do...

Embellish is a monthly themed subscription box with Papercutting templates and related gifts.
What does success mean to you, right now?
Having fun at work and at home and feeling calm.
What do you love about what you do?
I love the amazing people I get to chat to and help out! I love helping people with their struggles or with their happiness or connecting people up with other people - and seeing them light up when they get excited about their new brand is just wonderful. So I guess I love a lot of what I do - which is how I want it to be :-).
What do you find most challenging?
focus. What shall I do next? And can I stay off Facebook long enough...
What's your biggest achievement(s) to date?
I’m not sure about the biggest... I think every project is an achievement because each project helps someone else to feel better about their business or to take some time to do something for them and that’s a great feeling. So maybe it’s the lovely things people say that prove to me that I’m doing a good job? And video. I’ve been making videos and since then 'lives' and they make a huge difference - but wow were they scary at the start! I have grown a lot in confidence.
What are your hopes and dreams for future success and happiness?
- I want to support more people in the Brand Success Club to create their own brand and do it well.
- I want to have more time to read and potter about. More time for me - which is hard with small children! But I’m fitting in more than I used to so I’m heading in the right direction.
- I want to be more relaxed.
- I want to collaborate more. I’ve been talking to some lovely people lately and working out some collaborations and it’s just lovely.
- I want to increase my income. Who doesn’t? That would enable me to do more of the things I want to do with my life.
What's your best piece of advice for others wanting to feel more successful?
Journal. Write down five things you’re grateful for NOW and five things future you is grateful for. Everyday. So, so worth it. And if you have time write down anything else, just keep going til you feel better :).
And find some people who will support you - like Julie’s Success Club - somewhere where you can be honest and get helpful advice.
