Success Club Corporate is a structured development programme for female employees (or mixed groups) for up to 12 months.
Potential cohorts will depend on your organisational priorities and focus.
For your people to perform at their best at work they need sustainable strategies and structures that support not only their career, but also their whole-self...their sense of well-being, and their whole-life.
This is because most of us take responsibility for fulfilling a multitude of roles in our life - at work, at home and in our leisure time. Which means we need to develop resilience and the ability to deal with ongoing and varied challenges, as well as to practise self-care, to ensure effective and optimal working.
This holistic (whole-person) approach is also important because there is often a gap between a person’s qualities, skills and expertise...their competence, and their self-confidence. This seems to be particularly true for women and for those considering, or having been newly promoted or appointed to more senior roles.
Specific aims and objectives will be agreed in discussion with your organisation, and may include:

Workshops are facilitated by me (Julie Johnson) to provide a practical, strategy based toolkit leading to actionable steps and the integration of new habits, to support career success and personal health and well-being. I also provide a safe and confidential environment that allows for individual learning.
Groups of up to 20 provide a powerful in-company (possibly cross-departmental) community and support network to track progress and goal achievement, and to celebrate success.
